Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Nedovi (“we”, “us”) collects through nedovi.com and the early-access waitlist, and — once early access opens — through the Nedovi app. Contact: [email protected].

1. Waitlist

• What we collect: your email address; optionally your name and Shopify store status; whether you agreed to this policy (with the time and notice version) and whether you opted in to product updates.
• Purpose: to contact you about early access. We send product updates only if you ticked the separate optional box.
• Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. To limit abuse we keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours; we do not store your IP address with your signup.
• Retention: until early access opens and you have been invited, and no longer than 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Deletion and access: email [email protected] from the address you signed up with to see, correct or delete your details, or to withdraw consent.

2. The Nedovi app (early access)

If you use the app we process: account details (name, email, a hashed password, two-factor settings); workspace data you connect or enter — Shopify products, variants, inventory and orders (orders can contain your customers’ names and addresses), DSers supplier costs, stock and shipping, and your fee settings; and security logs such as sign-in events and an audit log of actions. We use this to provide the service, calculate profit, send account, alert and approval emails, and keep the service secure. We act on Shopify customer-data and redaction requests.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to run the site and service — currently Cloudflare (website hosting, waitlist storage and bot protection). We will list any additional providers (such as hosting, email and payments) here before they process your data.

4. Security

Integration tokens are encrypted at rest, workspace data is isolated per customer at the database level, and accounts support two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure. See Security.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your information and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected]; we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your colour-theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary data to perform its check.

7. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we make a material change that affects waitlist members, we will email them.
