Terms of Service

These terms apply to nedovi.com, the early-access waitlist and, once you are invited, the Nedovi early-access service. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Early access

Nedovi is in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Features, plans and prices shown on this site are proposed and may change. Nothing is available to purchase yet.

2. Accounts

When access opens you must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and are responsible for activity in your workspace.

3. Connected services

Connections to Shopify, DSers and other providers are subject to their own terms. Nedovi is not affiliated with Shopify or DSers and is not responsible for their services.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you bring to Nedovi. We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your workspace or ask us to delete it.

5. Store changes

Nedovi sends changes to your store only after an owner or admin approves them in the app. You are responsible for reviewing changes before approving them.

6. Profit and other figures

Profit, margin and other figures are estimates based on data from you and third parties. They are not financial, tax or accounting advice.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other customers’ data, no interference with the service or its security, and no automated abuse of the waitlist.

8. Availability and liability

The site and early-access service are provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data.

9. Ending use

You can stop using Nedovi and leave the waitlist at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

10. Changes and contact
